1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all membership fees, subscription payments, and related services offered by Train a Connector (Pty) Ltd (“Train a Connector”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through our Monthly Membership Platform.
By registering as a member or continuing your subscription, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.
2. Non-Refundable Membership Fees
2.1 No Refunds Under Any Circumstances
All membership fees—whether paid monthly, annually, or through any other payment arrangement—are strictly non-refundable, including (but not limited to):
* Initial membership fees
* Monthly subscription fees
* Renewal fees
* Fees paid in advance
* Fees paid during promotions or discounted periods
Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of:
* Non-use of benefits
* Change of mind
* Dissatisfaction with rewards or services
* Termination or cancellation by the member
* Inability to access benefits due to partner availability
* Technical issues outside our control
3. Subscription Cancellations
3.1 Member-Initiated Cancellations
Members may cancel their subscription at any time by notifying Train a Connector through our approved communication channels.
Cancelling your membership will:
* Stop future billing cycles
* NOT result in a refund for any fees already paid
* Allow access to benefits until the end of your current paid period
3.2 Debit Order Cancellations
To avoid future billing, members must request cancellation at least 5 business days before the next debit order date.
Late cancellation requests may result in one final debit, which remains non-refundable.
4. Service Interruptions & Partner Availability
Membership fees are not refundable if:
* A reward partner withdraws, changes terms, or becomes unavailable
* Benefits or discounts change during the membership period
* Services or benefits are temporarily unavailable
* Website or platform downtime occurs
All rewards and services are provided “as available” and may change at any time.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Any chargeback submitted to your bank for a non-refundable membership fee may result in:
* Immediate suspension of your membership
* Loss of all benefits
* Recovery of fees, including administrative charges
* Removal from the program
We encourage members to contact us directly to resolve concerns before initiating a dispute.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Train a Connector may, at its sole discretion, review exceptional cases such as:
* Proven duplicate billing by system error
* Fraudulent transactions not initiated by the member
Approval of an exception is not guaranteed and is determined solely by Train a Connector’s management.
7. Changes to the Refund Policy
We may update or amend this policy at any time.
The latest version will be posted on our website.
Continued membership constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
