B. Train-A-Connector Guardians Association NPO
1. Train-A-Connector (Pty) Ltd is a registered business entity on its own. Products and services are supplied to Train-A-Connector Guardians Association NPO by Train-A-Connector (Pty) Ltd, Herminix (Pty) Ltd, and various other suppliers. Herminix (Pty) Ltd is one of the appointed
Product Administrators. Your Broker House (Pty) Ltd (FSP46444) is the registered Financial Service Provider for all insurance-related products and benefits.
2. Train-A-Connector Guardian Association NPO has its own Constitution and Membership Terms and Conditions (this document) and is a community education program. Through a Train-A-Connector Guardian Association NPO membership, members and connectors automatically qualify for certain benefits. Members/Connectors have accepted that benefits are linked to the finalisation of responsibilities in each TAC Grade.
3. Membership will only be activated after the initial registration fees have been paid in full and monthly thereafter.
4. The program focuses on training and education for members/connectors through courses and materials provided by TAC, suggesting a commitment to personal development and skill-building. This approach can empower members/connectors to enhance their knowledge and
capabilities, potentially leading to improved outcomes and success.
5. To access the online discounted courses and training materials, you must register as a Member of TAC and pay a monthly membership fee of R190. When you register and join as a Member of TAC, you enjoy the benefits that are exclusively provided through TAC’s service providers to its members.
6. Alternatively, to point five, where you register as “Member”, you can register as a “Connector”, pay the monthly membership fee of R190, and participate in the 4 Grade rewards program, where you receive rewards for helping and assisting other Connectors in their training and education. This is also the pathway to becoming a Connector with KhayaCONNECT
7. The Program benefits include much more value than the R190 monthly membership fee.
8. Nobody is forced to recruit anybody. As a “Member/Connector”, you decide to participate in the “benefits/rewards” program.
.
9. Members can choose to become Connectors or not. If so, they will participate in the 4 Grade rewards program, where they will earn training allowances in helping fellow Connectors to get trained and educated. The training allowances can be used to pay for products and services provided by TAC through third-party suppliers.
10. A great incentive is the use of training allowances from the TAC program to cover the first month's KhayaCONNECT membership fee of R350, which can help reduce the financial burden for new members. This can make it more accessible for people to join the KhayaCONNECT community rewards lifestyle program.
11. A person can also register as a member and pay the monthly membership fee. As a member or Connector, the following benefits and rewards will be automatically available once the monthly membership fee is paid in full. The Train-A-Connector Grade rewards and benefits that Connectors or members will automatically receive when they qualify for a specific benefit are as follows:
C. Train-A-Connector Onboarding and Registration:
